Free Concert: Tales As Old As Time

Trinity’s Music Ministry will present its annual concert on Saturday, June 2, at 7 p.m. in the Sanctuary. Soloists Philip Keirstead, Catherine Wethington, Nadine Wethington, Joey Wilson, and Michelle Zenk will be joined by the Chancel Choir, Trinity Ringers, and Trinity Trebles, all accompanied by Music Director Jerry Rich. The theme is “Tales As Old As Time;” selections will include Abide with Me, And This Is My Beloved from Kismet, Chi il bel sogno from La Rondine, Gautier’s Le secret for one piano/six hands, Go the Distance from Hercules, Great Is Thy Faithfulness, I Got You Babe from Groundhog Day, I See the Light from Tangled, Hakuna Matata from Lion King, Once upon a Dream from Sleeping Beauty, Over the Rainbow from The Wizard of Oz, Rainbow Connection from The Muppet Movie, and Suo Gân from Empire of the Sun. Admission is free.

Trinity United Methodist Church is located in McLean, VA. Our weekly worship services are on Sundays at 8:30 and 10:30 a.m. and on Wednesdays at noon. Sunday School is at 9:30 a.m. for children and adults. Children up to 6th grade are also invited to Children's Education during the 10:30 service.
